Because I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and most importantly a woman I deeply care about the health and well being of women and children. I feel it is very important to give back in anyway possible. NOKTUP will donate a portion of sales to different charitable organizations that benefit women and or children. Let's all work together to make tomorrow's world a better place for our children and their children.

Monthly self breast exams along with getting tested regularly is the best way for women to lower their risk of dying from breast cancer. Except for skin cancers, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, but it can usually be successfully treated if caught early. If you have any concerns about your health please seek advise from a medical professional.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure® recommends that you:
1. Talk to your family to learn about your family health history and then talk to your health care provider about your personal risk of breast cancer.
2. Ask your doctor which screening tests are right for you.
3. See your health care provider right away if you notice any of these breast changes:
Lump, hard knot or thickening
Swelling, warmth, redness or darkening
Change in the size or shape of the breast
Dimpling or puckering of the skin
Itchy, scaly sore or rash on the nipple
Pulling in of your nipple or other parts of the breast
Nipple discharge that starts suddenly
New pain in one spot that doesn’t go away
4. Maintain a healthy weight, add exercise into your routine and limit alcohol intake.
